Warabi mochi


I tried this recipe.

I was really craving mochi or something chewy but nothing complicated (didn't feel like making anything to begin with tbh).

It firms up quite fast!
In hindsight I would've added more ice to the water to cool it faster, but otherwise...
it tastes like potato starch and sugar lol.
Maybe I'll make the sugary sauce but I think as is, it'll taste much better with soybean flour.
