Takoyaki with cake pop maker


I bought a Babycakes cake pop maker after watching some vids on making takoyaki in them.

Some trial and error along the way, most notably on how long it took...
...until I decided to cook them with the lid shut. genius.

I filled some with mini shrimp (the kind you use for salad, apparently) and some with imitation crab. For both kinds, I added green onions and pickled radish [단무지].

After I ran out, I filled with mozzarella shredded cheese (the ones on the right).

I have a few ideas on making sweet pastries in them filled with red bean or stuff, but that'll be for another day.

I'll try getting to making macarons soon too.
