Earl Gray cookies w/ honey-rosemary-orange glaze

I tried this recipe today, replacing oil with butter and coconut milk with plain milk.

I powderized the tea a little longer, but the cookies held a really savory flavor.
They weren't all that sweet from the type of sugar I used, so--

-- I made a glaze to go on top.

In a saucepan, mix equal amounts of water and sugar and boil on high.
(I used 120 mL here from eyeballing, and it fit the recipe if you double it.)

Add in rosemary, honey and orange zest and stir together until you reach your desired consistency.

These are roughly as liquid as honey and really brings out the Earl Gray flavor.
