Chocolate prep




It's almost Valentine's...
I think I'll draw a short manga describing the backstory but here's a photoset on the handmade chocolate I made with 3 bars of Hershey Symphony Milk Chocolate and 18 tbs of heavy whipping cream made just to boil a little bit but not too much before mixing in the chopped chocolate and tempering that shit together into a smooth blend before ladling into mini cups suitable for presentation while me mum adding sprinkles and blueberries and the like for taste and look and gdi I hate nuts on my chocolate while leaving it out in the natural freezer of winter for at least 3 hours before going to package it up
