Gohei mochi


I tried this recipe.

My mum is a health freak and hence it's brown rice with seaweed mixed in and some other stuff.

So the rice wasn't as soft as you'd get from white rice, but still not bad.

I think our miso was a bit too concentrated, the taste was a bit more saltier than I thought.

Otherwise, it was surprisingly delicious.
