Whatever Risotto

I made risotto today from a shit ton of soon-to-be expired milk, leftover rice, and vegetables [leek, bell peppers, broccoli stems, onions] I had in the fridge.

Fry vegetables with olive oil and white wine. Add rice, milk, bullion cube [dissolved in a little water], 3 eggs.
Season with pepper, nutmeg, garlic powder, basil.
Stir continuously on medium until looks done, then fold in some cheese when serving.
