Yakibuta ramen

I tried this recipe.

I skimped out on the 2-3 hr cooking and the overnight thing
not to mention the ingredients
but I did try to follow it as close as I could.

essentially just sear the meat, simmer with soy sauce, water, vinegar and sugar, and cook the ramen with the broth instead of using the packaged shit.

The pork tastes great but I overcooked it slightly orz
Overall, it's definitely much better than the powdered package included with the ramen.
