Cream puff

I tried this recipe.

Fairly easy, but I had a few setbacks because I can't fucking control the egg

But all in all, it turned out very well.
maybe I'm leveling up

I substituted the cream [for the custard] with ice cream - it's even better.

at first I was worried that I had too much cream
then I got genuinely concerned that I wasn't going to have enough...
in the end, I ate two of the puffs plain.
