I tried this recipe.

I thought maybe if I watched the video enough, it'll somehow implement into me the skills needed.

Maybe it was the high spring onion content in contrast to the egg -
or maybe the cheese in the middle as shown here -
or because I'm using a circular pan
but either way it tastes delicious, so I don't care

also I'll be making cookies later today
I have no idea what shape but dunno, tweet your ideas or somethin' [@dotremo]

P.S. this is actually half of the tamagoyaki
I used 3 eggs and I thought too much cholesterol
