Katsudon

I tried this recipe.

It tasted pretty good! I was worried since I made my own breadcrumbs instead of buying panko.
and it's my first time working with pork orz
I forgot to season it orz

I didn't have mirin or sake so I made do with soy sauce, water and vinegar, but I think it tastes great like so.

Edit: It tasted motherfucking good.
