Poor man's meal

Rice porridge with pepper and dried seaweed.
Nutritionally unbalanced but it's a quick meal.

The leftover rice can be put in the fridge and can be eaten later. I pour hot tea over it, and it's almost like what I used to eat as a kid when I was picky about everything.
it was rice dunked in water when I didn't want any of the side dishes.

I follow a few food channels on YT, so I'll eventually post some attempts at following directions.
